Universal Display Corporation of Ewing, New Jersey USA announced the signing of long-term OLED material supply and license agreements with Samsung Display Co., Ltd. (SDC). Under the terms of these agreements, Universal Display will continue supplying its proprietary UniversalPHOLED phosphorescent OLED materials and technology to Samsung Display for its OLED displays. The agreements run through December 31, 2022, and can be extended for an additional two-years. Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
